Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Sr. Machine Learning Engineer for the AIDR Engineering Team in Sunnyvale, CA. You will work on high-throughput, low-latency LLM inferencing, post-training tasks, and data engineering to support safe enterprise AI interactions.

You will collaborate across teams to build scalable pipelines, apply advanced ML methods, and mentor engineers while maintaining strong code quality and rigorous testing.

Qualifications

• Experience in data engineering and architecture for advanced data science use cases.
• deep understanding of LLM post-training methods and architectures.
• Knowledge of scalability and distributed systems (sharding, partitioning, concurrency).
• Strong fundamentals in testing, code reviews, and CI workflows.
• Experience applying AI to improve decision-making and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Apply state-of-the-art ML approaches to accelerate data science delivery.
• Provide pragmatic engineering support to research teams.
