Ladders is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to build scalable AI solutions for a Pharma & Biotech leader. This remote US-based role collaborates with stakeholders to translate business needs into enterprise-ready AI systems and reusable assets.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or equivalent experience; 2 yrs with a Master's, 4 yrs with a Bachelor's, 8 yrs with an Associate, or 10 yrs with a high school diploma/GED.
• 4–6 years in AI, ML, software, or related engineering roles.
• Experience building scalable, full-stack AI applications.
• Strong grasp of modern AI application architectures and evaluation methods.
• Proficiency with AWS Cloud and secure development practices.
• Solid software engineering foundation, especially in Python.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
