Ladders is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer, AI Studio to join a leader in Pharmaceuticals & Biotech. The role focuses on building and supporting production AI capabilities that enhance enterprise user experiences and operational effectiveness.

You will collaborate across ML, GenAI, data engineering, and platform execution in a regulated environment. Remote - US-based candidates only, compensation range disclosed.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years, or Associate's with 6+ years, or HS diploma with 8+ years in relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Independently own defined production components within enterprise AI products.
• Design and implement maintainable Python, SQL, and API components.
• Apply machine learning methods including EDA and feature engineering.
• Build GenAI and NLP components to enhance user experience.
• Engineer data pipelines with schema validation and consistency checks.
• Define evaluation metrics for model quality and user impact.
• Release and support components using cloud services and CI/CD best practices.
