Prudentia Sciences is seeking a Senior ML/AI Engineer to push the boundaries of AI-driven drug development. You will design, deploy, and scale production-grade LLM-based systems, knowledge graphs, and ML pipelines that empower decision-makers in biopharma.

You’ll collaborate across teams on data workflows, MLOps, and cloud deployment (AWS preferred) to deliver robust AI solutions with high observability and real-world impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's/PhD in CS, data science, engineering or related field.
• Hands-on AI experience building, training and deploying ML/NLP models, especially LLMs.
• Practical LangChain experience for Q&A, chatbots, or document automation.
• Strong Python coding skills; Git/GitHub and CI/CD practices.
• Data engineering know‑how with ETL, SQL/noSQL, cloud data platforms.
• Familiarity with big data tools and orchestrating data workflows with Airflow.
• Cloud/MLOps experience deploying models in AWS/GCP/Azure; Docker/Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy production-grade LLM applications and RAG pipelines.
• Build robust APIs and services for ML applications.
• Collaborate with data engineers to optimize data workflows.
• Prototype AI solutions with product/domain teams and scale models for production.
• Use MLOps tooling to deploy and monitor models with focus on observability.
