Placements24 is seeking an experienced Senior Machine Learning Engineer to design, build, and deploy scalable ML systems within a remote-first culture. You will collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers across time zones to deliver impactful AI solutions.

The role emphasizes owning ML pipelines, model evaluation, and production reliability while contributing to the technical vision of the organization.

Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or software development with a focus on ML.
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Deep understanding of ML algorithms, statistical modeling, and model evaluation techniques.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps tools and practices.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, train, and deploy sophisticated machine learning models for various applications.
