Job summary

Care Access is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to advance data-driven solutions for clinical trials. You will develop statistical models and ML algorithms to improve patient enrollment and trial management in a regulated healthcare data environment.

You will collaborate with ML engineers and product teams to deploy models, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with HIPAA and GDPR while delivering impactful insights for the clinical research community.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years hands-on data science or analytics experience in healthcare, clinical research, or regulated data environments.
• Experience with HIPAA, GDPR, and data privacy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop statistical models and ML algorithms to improve patient enrollment and trial management.
• Collaborate with ML Engineering to translate insights into actionable tools.
• Monitor model performance and detect bias or drift in production environments.
• Build and optimize data pipelines using AWS services and dbt to enable scalable training.
