Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer for HPE Campus & Branch to drive AI-native Mist deployments across campus and branch networks. You will partner with Territory Managers and Systems Engineers to win new customers, expand strategic accounts, and shepherd technical engagements from discovery through adoption.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Systems Engineering, Sales Engineering, or related enterprise networking roles.
• Deep knowledge of enterprise wireless networking including RF fundamentals and high-density design.
• Strong campus and branch networking knowledge: Ethernet, VLANs, TCP/IP, routing, switching, QoS.
• Experience leading customer demonstrations, architecture workshops, and proofs of concept (POCs).
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication; executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions, architecture workshops, and executive briefings.
• Translate customer requirements into differentiated HPE Mist architectures and recommendations.
• Conduct demonstrations and POCs, defining objectives and success criteria.
• Guide customers from evaluation through adoption and success.
• Collaborate with sales teams, partners, and cross-functional groups to drive outcomes.
