Job summary

The Boeing Company in Saint Louis, MO is seeking a Senior Design and Analysis Engineer to lead the design and integration of mission processing systems for a Phantom Works program.

You will join a fast-paced, cross-functional team, applying MBSE to develop next-generation open-architecture designs, and you will present technical challenges and solutions to leadership, with opportunities for advancement into leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 9+ years of related work experience with degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Make complex software and hardware design decisions for mission processing capabilities.
• Lead capability integration team (software, hardware, test) to release capabilities to the customer.
• Create and scope mission features from system-level requirements to high level software requirements.
• Analyze and translate customer requirements into system, hardware, and software designs.
• Define logical and software interfaces to ensure compatibility with the platform architecture and interoperability with subsystems.
• Utilize Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) for hardware, software, and performance model development.
• Test and validate system functionality and performance to meet requirements.
• Present design change recommendations to leadership and the customer.
