Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, math, data science or CS.
• 6+ years of systems engineering experience.
• Experience in design, decomposition, requirements, analysis, verification and validation.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, develop and verify complex lifecycle system of systems and solutions.
• Modeling and analysis with MSoSA/Cameo or similar MBSE tool.
• Define performance requirements and ensure compatibility of interfaces.
• Coach and mentor early career systems engineers in MBSE.
• Lead analyses to optimize total system architecture.
• Incorporate factors like affordability, safety, reliability, maintainability and security into configurations.
• Lead requirements management, risk, issues and TRL processes.
