Job summary

The Boeing Company in Berkeley, MO, seeks a Senior Mission Systems Communication, Navigation, and Identification Electrical Engineer to join the Mission Systems Phantom Works. You will work on an Air Dominance Proprietary program, leading cross-functional teams and delivering integrated navigation, datalink, and communication solutions.

You will engage in design, modeling, and verification across hardware, software, and interfaces, reporting to Core Avionics within Mission Systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related fields (Electrical, Mechanical, Aeronautical, CS, Data Science, Math, Physics, etc.).
• 9+ years of related work experience with degree or equivalent.
• Experience with mission systems navigation, datalinks, or communication systems.

Responsibilities

• Use MBSE/CAMEO to translate requirements into system architecture, hardware and software designs with traceability.
• Design and maintain hardware, software, and interface specifications.
• Test and validate to ensure designs meet operational and functional requirements.
• Monitor supplier performance for system integration and conformity to requirements.
• Interface with multiple disciplines, customers, suppliers, and organizational levels.
• Conduct trade studies and modeling to predict performance and optimize design.
• Research technology advances for potential applications.
