Job summary

SPA is hiring a Computer Systems Engineer/Architect SME for the GOC Mission Systems Engineer – Systems at Offutt AFB. Requires a TS/SCI clearance and 10+ years of DoW systems engineering experience, including NC2/NC3 knowledge and strong system integration expertise.

Qualified candidates hold a Bachelor’s in electrical/computer engineering or systems analysis; a Master’s is preferred. ITIL v4 Foundations and DoW 8140 training are beneficial for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or computer engineering, systems analysis or architecture.
• Active TS/SCI clearance or transferable with eligibility on day one.
• 10+ years in Department of War (DoW) systems engineering.

Responsibilities

• Specializes in multi-disciplinary engineering to solve complex problems; oversees system engineering and integration for GOC missions.
• Performs risk assessments and analyses using modeling and simulation to support mission planning.
