Job summary

Mission Technologies is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to support a Hanscom AFB, Lincoln, MA program. The role requires translating user requirements into weapon system specifications and coordinating system design, development, testing, and deployment for SAOC-related efforts.

The candidate should possess extensive DoD/AF engineering experience, strong systems integration capabilities, and a TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• 15 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 13 years with Masters; 10 years with PhD/JD; or 19 years with HS diploma.
• Active TS/SCI clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Performs system planning, integration, verification, validation, and risk analyses across the total system lifecycle.
• Translates customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.
• Supports DoD/AF contexts and design, development, testing, and deployment of weapon systems.
• Conducts trade studies, requirements allocation, and interface definitions.
