Job summary
Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to lead multi-discipline GEOINT ground architecture efforts in the Springfield, VA area.
The role focuses on acquisition, integration, and lifecycle governance for NSG and allied geospatial capabilities, supporting national defense missions. The ideal candidate has a TS/SCI clearance, 10+ years in DoD/IC environments, and a strong background in requirements, systems engineering processes, and architecting complex
Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI clearance.
- Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering or related STEM field; or 18 years of experience.
- 10 years of experience in DoD/IC Acquisition Process, Requirements Process, PPBES or System Engineering of large complex System of Systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead and assist engineering teams to deliver GEOINT ground architecture.
- Oversee acquisition, refactoring, and integration of GEOINT ground systems.
- Collaborate with experts to design systems for SoSs and FoSs architectures.
- Advise on requirements engineering, scheduling, reliability, and test and evaluation across NSG/ASG/NGAs partners.
- Support AoAs, CoAs, and engineering assessments for strategic planning.
