Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) seeks a Computer Systems Engineer/Architect SME for GOC Mission Systems Engineers. The role demands extensive DoW systems engineering, NC2/NC3 knowledge, and Top Secret/SCI eligibility for work at Offutt AFB.

You will lead architecture, integration, and risk assessments across complex C2 systems. Ideal candidates hold a BS in Electrical/Computer Engineering (MS preferred) with 10+ years in DoW environments, and ITIL-like certifications or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance or eligibility on day one.
• Bachelor’s Degree in electrical or computer engineering, systems analysis or systems architecture.
• At least 10 years of DoW systems engineering experience.
• Knowledge of NC2/NC3 operations and global command & control constructs.

Responsibilities

• Provide multi-disciplinary engineering leadership for GOC mission systems.
• Define, analyze, and integrate system requirements and architectures.
• Perform risk assessments and analyses using modeling/simulation.
• Collaborate with DoD clients to ensure system effectiveness and security.
