Job summary

Data Systems Analysts, Inc. (DSA) seeks a Senior Computer Systems Engineer/Architect as Key Personnel to support the Organizational Messaging Service (OMS) National Gateway Centers’ Command and Control Messaging Interoperability mission.

This role provides hands-on systems and network engineering to sustain and enhance OMS backbone, ensuring secure, interoperable messaging for DoD and allied partners. Required: Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, Security+ or IAT II certification,

Qualifications

Active DoD Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility.
Security+ certification (IAT II) and related credentials.
Experience with AI to support research and workflows.
BA/BS in IT or CS; 3 years of experience in lieu of degree acceptable.
8+ years designing and implementing system architectures on major NSS in the DoD.
Strong engineering background for high-visibility, worldwide systems.
Excellent communication and technical writing skills.
Experience developing and maintaining SOPs and TTPs.

Responsibilities

Identify and refine mission requirements and coordinate buy‑in with key stakeholders.
Generate feasibility and technical analysis reports upon Government request to assist decision‑making.
Be responsible for project planning and upon Government approval, project execution.
Identify system hardware, software, and operational changes to enhance OMS performance.
Prepare feasibility studies with cost/effort estimates comparing multiple approaches.
