Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology in Offutt AFB, NE seeks a DevOps Architect SME to lead secure deployment practices for USSTRATCOM mission systems. You’ll design architectures, integrate security, and drive DevSecOps across teams.

This role requires 10+ years, Top Secret clearance with CI Poly and TS/SCI access, ITIL v5 and DoD 8140 certifications, and hands-on expertise with WebLogic/JBoss-like servers, cloud, and automation.

Qualifications

• BS degree or equivalent with 10+ years of experience preferred.
• Active Top Secret clearance with CI Poly and TS/SCI access required.
• ITIL Foundations v5 and DoD 8140 certifications to be obtained within 9 months.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the integration of security practices into all phases of deployment.
• Design and implement secure architectures, ensuring systems engineering and cybersecurity are prioritized throughout the lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed security considerations from inception through delivery, aligning DevSecOps with AFNWC & J6 objectives.
