Job summary

RTX is seeking a Senior Analyst, Mission/Quality Assurance to join our onsite team in El Segundo, CA. You will ensure compliance with quality and mission assurance requirements across lifecycles, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvement to deliver high-quality systems and customer satisfaction.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 2+ years of experience, and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of two years of experience in quality, engineering, operations, program management, or manufacturing.
• Experience with Quality Management Systems such as ISO 9001 and/or AS9100.
• Experience in predictive or proactive measures and metrics assessments for process improvement or problem mitigation.
• Experience aiding external and internal quality system or product/process audits.
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued Secret security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Reinforce communication of program goals, targets, requirements, and customer feedback.
• Provide program direction to ensure quality tasking is accomplished within budget, on time, and as defined in program planning.
• Prepare, collect, analyze, and maintain Quality and Mission Assurance (QMA) metrics.
• Establish and maintain customer relationships, process customer corrective action requests, and assess the impact of potential customer escapes.
• Co-chair Program Corrective Action Boards (CAB) to address measures and metrics from stakeholder reviews.
• Conduct autonomous reviews and assessments of program performance, including technical assessments of systems engineering, quality assurance, production, and programmatic practices.
• Review engineering program documentation to ensure compliance with technical standards prior to release.
• Act as the voice of the customer to ensure mission results are achieved.
