RTX is seeking a Sr Principal Systems Engineer – Mission Management for its Aurora, CO campus. You will apply MBSE to define system behavior, decompose requirements, and drive architecture across agile development for mission-critical capabilities.

Lead engineering efforts, participate in reviews, and coordinate with government customers. A DoD TS clearance is required, with relocation eligible and on-site work in Aurora, CO.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree in STEM and 10+ years of experience.
• Experience across the systems engineering lifecycle with ConOps, requirements, interfaces, verification/validation.
• Experience supporting a government contract with systems engineering or integration and test.
• Experience developing modern architectures with DevSecOps and secure cloud environments.
• Active DoD TS clearance or higher and ability to obtain Special Program Access.

Responsabilités

• Provide MBSE-based technical analyses and describe how the system operates.
• Decompose requirements, define interfaces, and determine validation strategies with the test team.
• Deliver capability and feature designs to software engineers for Agile development.
• Support execution of test programs, test processes, and baseline definition for verification.
• Assist in regression testing across releases to the program baseline.
• Attend technical reviews and technical interchange meetings as needed.
