Raytheon in El Segundo, CA is hiring an Advanced Systems Program Quality Lead. This onsite role requires a transferable U.S. government Secret clearance, and citizenship is required.

You will lead quality on programs, ensuring compliance with RTX procedures, customer requirements, and industry standards. You will drive strategic quality improvements, coordinate with IPTs, suppliers, and customers, and apply CORE, RCCA, and FRACAS to deliver mission success and product excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 Quality Systems.
• Experience in RCCAs and applying quality tools.
• Root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Interfacing with internal/external customers and suppliers.
• NASA/DoD/NSS criteria experience.
• Active and transferable U.S. government Secret clearance required.

Responsabilités

• Act as the primary quality lead for the assigned program(s).
• Drive quality, cost, and schedule performance with program teams.
• Develop partnerships with IPTs, customers, and suppliers.
• Lead implementation of CORE operating system and QMS tools.
• Oversee RCCA and FRACAS initiatives to fix systemic issues.
• Monitor quality in production labs and drive innovation.
• Support APQP, NPI, MRA, and TRA activities for transitions to production.
