Job summary

Peraton is hiring a Mission Management Support Process Engineer to join our Cyber Mission business unit in Annapolis Junction, MD. The role supports a large enterprise-wide contract with the government and requires full-time attendance at a customer location.

You will establish and document processes, assess system and software engineering practices, develop improvement plans, and measure operational efficiency with defined metrics. A TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; or High School diploma with four years of additional experience.
• Ten years of experience in process improvement on programs/contracts of similar scope.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required.

Responsibilities

• Establish and document processes to support the project.
• Evaluate system and software engineering processes for issues.
• Develop plans for formal and informal project assessments.
• Analyze assessment results and prepare improvement plans.
• Provide analysis and recommendations to support mission-oriented functions.
• Align processes with organizational mission and strategy.
• Create process changes and communicate to stakeholders.
• Develop innovative solutions and quality improvement efforts.
• Plan and implement approved business solutions.
• Develop metrics and methods to measure operational efficiency.
