Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Program Mission Assurance Manager 2 to provide MA/PM leadership for Ogden, Utah or Roy, UT. Lead a team of engineers and inspectors, perform quality reviews, and drive risk management across multiple programs.

Responsibilities include developing Program Quality Plans, supporting PMs, managing budgets, and preparing program review packages. Candidates should have a BS with 8+ years or MS with 6+ years, and the ability to obtain a US Government Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science with 8+ years experience, or Master’s with 6+ years experience.
• 2 years experience in a production environment.
• Ability to obtain a US Government Secret clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship eligible for Special Access Program Clearance

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers & inspectors.
• Lead technical reviews of drawings, SOWs, requirements documents.
• Assure quality, risk management, safety, reliability and maintainability.
• Develop and maintain Program Quality Plans.
• Assist PMs with Mission Assurance/Program Management requirements.
• Assign program tasks to MA & PQE teams.
• Support FRBs with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Lead Program PCAB preparation and execution.
• Prepare and maintain Program Metrics and PM Review packages.
• Manage budget and cost accounting for assigned work packages.
• Support PQM with Sentinel Corrective Actions Requests.
