Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM-related field with 5+ years of related experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication; MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Ability to analyze data and prepare presentations based on analytics.
• US citizen with active Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the Quality Engineering staff.
• Interface with program managers, operations, engineering, customer, DCMA, vendors.
• Manage a team of quality engineers over the product life cycle.
• Review inspection plans and corrective action boards; participate in lean programs.
• Maintain quality and part traceability throughout the product life cycle.
• Lead First Article Inspection process per AS9103.
• Investigate problems and disposition non-conforming hardware; drive corrective actions.
