You will manage a team of engineers and inspectors, review critical documents, and ensure quality, risk, safety, and maintainability throughout development and production.

The role supports PM requirements, develops program quality plans, and tracks metrics while overseeing budgets and corrective actions. U.S.

Qualifications

• Experience leading MA/QA teams in complex programs.
• Proven ability to manage quality, safety, reliability and maintainability.
• Strong program management and budget oversight experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers and inspectors.
• Review drawings, SOWs and requirements for program MA.
• Ensure mission assurance through quality, risk, safety and maintainability.
• Support PM with MA/Program Management requirements.
• Develop and maintain Program Quality Plans and metrics.
