Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Program Mission Assurance Manager 2 to support MA functions for multiple programs in the Ogden, Utah area. You will lead a team of engineers and inspectors, ensuring quality, risk management, safety and maintainability across complex programs.

The role requires a BS with extensive experience or a MS with focused experience, and the ability to obtain a US Government Secret clearance. A 9/80 work schedule and relocation assistance may be available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with required experience or Master’s with experience; US Government Secret clearance eligibility may be required.
• Experience in production environments and leading MA/QE teams is preferred.
• Ability to obtain a US Government Secret clearance and eligibility for Special Access Program Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of MA & QA engineers; oversee quality, risk, safety, reliability and maintainability across programs.
• Assist PMs with Mission Assurance/Program Management requirements; develop and maintain Program Quality Plans.
• Prepare and manage PCABs, program reviews, and metrics; monitor budget and cost accounting for work packages.
• Coordinate with IPT MA & QE for Conditional Acceptance; ensure timely closure of hardware actions and corrective actions.
