Job summary

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Program Mission Assurance Manager 2 to support MA on multiple programs in Ogden, UT or Roy, UT. This full-time role oversees QA, risk management, and program quality plans with a focus on mission assurance across programs.

The position requires a BS + 8+ years or MS + 6+ years, ability to obtain a Secret clearance, and US citizenship eligibility for SAP/IS access. The standard 9/80 schedule and relocation assistance may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelors + 8+ yrs experience, or Masters +6+ yrs required.
• 2 years in a production environment.
• Ability to obtain US Government Secret clearance.
• US Citizenship eligible for Special Access Program Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers & inspectors. Support technical reviews of drawings, SOWs, requirements docs.
• Performs or assures quality, risk management, safety, reliability and maintainability of achievements.
• Assesses performance and risks, and determines resources to ensure mission assurance.
• Assist the Program Managers (PM) with MA/PM requirements. Develop, implement and maintain the Program Quality Plans.
• Assign program tasks to the MA & PQE teams. Support FRBs with root-cause analysis and correct actions.
• Lead preparation and execution of Program PCAB. Develop and maintain Program Metrics.
