Job summary

The Boeing Company in Missouri is seeking a Mission Assurance Engineer at Experienced (Level 3) or Senior (Level 4/5) level to support domestic and international programs. You will lead independent reviews, chair MAIRs, ensure product integrity and mission readiness, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include organizing MAIRs, supporting eRCCA, and providing a proactive conduit for risk and safety discussions.

Qualifications

• BS in engineering or related field; US equivalent acceptable
• 5+ years in engineering, engineering technology or related discipline (Level 3)

Responsibilities

• Assisting the program with establishing preplanned MAIRs for product integrity and mission readiness
• Initiating and chairing special attention MAIRs to ensure integrity and mission success
• Ensuring independence in MAIR teams by selecting SMEs external to the program
• Organizing and executing Flight/Test Mission Assurance Readiness Reviews
• Support eRCCA on high severity technical failures to determine root causes and prevent recurrence
• Provide a proactive conduit for risk and safety discussions
