Job summary

The Boeing Company in Berkeley, MO (also Hazelwood) invites Experienced or Senior Mission Assurance Engineers to join the Systems Safety & Mission Assurance organization. You will perform independent assessments to verify product integrity and mission readiness.

Responsibilities include establishing and leading MAIRs, coordinating with external subject matter experts, organizing Flight/Test MAARRs, supporting root-cause analysis, and providing a proactive channel for program teams to raise risks

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Level 3 requires 5+ years experience in the relevant discipline.

Responsibilities

• Assist MAIRs to ensure product integrity and mission readiness.
• Organize and chair Flight/Test Mission Assurance Readiness Reviews (F/TMARR).
• Support root cause analysis (eRCCA) on high-severity failures to determine preventive actions.
• Provide an independent conduit for program personnel to raise risks to mission success and product safety.
