Job summary

The Boeing Company is seeking a Senior Software Lab Readiness and Integration Engineer to lead program-wide software and lab readiness efforts for the A-MH program in Berkeley, MO. You will coordinate readiness across on-site, virtual, and remote laboratories and ensure approved baselines are available in the correct environments to support testing and demonstrations.

Responsibilities include defining readiness criteria, coordinating baselines and environments, and communicating status and risks

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance required (within 24 months considered active).
7+ years of software integration experience with hardware, firmware, and other software.

Responsibilities

Lead program-wide planning and coordination of software and lab readiness across on-site, virtual, and remote integration environments.
Identify approved software baselines, versions, interfaces, and environment requirements for planned activities.
Coordinate software availability and insertion timing to support program priorities and milestones.
Assess software compatibility and resolve baseline mismatches across environments and infrastructure.
Collaborate with software configuration management to understand baselines, releases, and changes affecting readiness.
Communicate software and lab readiness status and risks to technical teams and leadership.
