Job summary

Leidos Defense Sector seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead missile systems manufacturing and test platform components programs. You will manage schedules, budgets, and customer interfaces, while growing the program through proposals and on-contract opportunities.

Ideal candidates have active SECRET-level clearance, a science/engineering degree, and extensive DoD program leadership experience with large budgets. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Active DOD clearance at SECRET level or higher is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering; 15+ years with BA or 13+ years with MS for seniority.
• Experience leading programs with >$30M annual value and flight vehicle development for DoD applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead a program team involved with advanced manufacturing of missile systems and test platform components.
• Plan, track, and execute tasks within technical, schedule, and budget constraints.
• Interface with customers and manage relationships; contribute to proposals and on-contract growth.
• Develop staffing plans and budgets with division leaders and program finance analysts.
• Produce regular internal reports and ensure program performance and risk mitigation.
