Job summary

Radiance Technologies is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a missile development and production program in Huntsville. You will own execution from design through flight tests, ensuring schedule, cost, and contract compliance across engineering, testing, manufacturing, and supply chain functions.

The role requires 5+ years in defense program management, DoD acquisition knowledge, and active clearance.

Qualifications

5+ years of direct experience as a Program Manager or Deputy PM managing complex hardware/software defense contracts.
Deep understanding of DoD acquisition cycles and FAR/DFARS.
Experience with scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera, Deltek).
Active US DoD Secret clearance preferred or higher.

Responsibilities

Lead overall program execution from task award through design, development, hardware integration, production, and flight testing.
Establish and drive the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) across cross-functional teams.
Direct program strategies through SRR, PDR, CDR, FRRs, and TRRs.
Manage budget, cash flow, margins, and baselines; report costs and schedule performance.
Serve as primary operational and contractual point of contact for PMOs and customers.
Lead formal program management reviews (PMRs) and executive briefings.
Oversee subcontractor management and major suppliers with global supply chain teams.
Coordinate range logistics, flight test readiness, and safety compliance.
