Mission Driven Research, Inc. in Huntsville, AL, seeks a Senior Performance Analysis Engineer to join the GMD analysis team.

You will perform mission and system performance analyses to evaluate weapon system effectiveness, engagement performance, and operational capability across threat scenarios. The role requires expertise in MATLAB and Python, plus the ability to develop analytical tools, interpret complex simulation results, and communicate findings to engineering leadership and government

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in STEM required.
7+ years of relevant experience.
Active SECRET clearance required.
Experience supporting MDA GMD programs.
Strong analytic and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain MATLAB, Python, and C++ analysis tools for modeling and performance assessments of GBI/NGI.
Develop, execute, and analyze modeling and simulation environments for interceptor performance across engagement scenarios.
Perform quick-response analyses for IDT, including kinematic battlespace assessments.
Conduct interceptor performance analyses to evaluate system capabilities and provide recommendations.
Develop and enhance future interceptor analysis capabilities and tools.
Interpret simulation results and communicate findings to engineering teams and government stakeholders.
Deliver technical briefings on methodologies, results, and conclusions to leadership and stakeholders.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to meet evolving analysis needs.
