Qualifications

• 5+ years of Professional Liability underwriting experience.
• Expertise in Miscellaneous Professional Liability and/or Construction Professional Liability.
• Established broker network within the professional liability marketplace.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills for complex risk exposures.
• Excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite and manage a portfolio of Miscellaneous and Construction Professional Liability risks.
• Develop and nurture relationships with retail and wholesale broker partners.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with underwriting strategy.
• Analyze risk exposures, pricing adequacy, and coverage structures.
• Negotiate terms with brokers and clients while maintaining underwriting discipline.
• Collaborate with claims, actuarial, and underwriting teams to monitor performance.
• Monitor market trends and emerging developments in professional liability.
• Represent Swiss Re Corporate Solutions at broker meetings and events.
