Job summary

Bridgestone Americas, Inc. is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to lead Mining Solutions initiatives, ensuring scope, schedule and budget alignment across cross-functional teams.

You will drive strategic plans, engage with customers, and promote adoption of Bridgestone Mining Solutions while guiding improvements across products and services. The role requires strong project management, communication, and mining domain knowledge, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or equivalent with typically 5+ years in project management, customer service or mining.
• Strong organizational, presentation, and communication skills; ability to escalate and manage change.
• Ability to travel; PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as single point of contact and escalate cross-department issues.
• Assist opportunities to expand Bridgestone Mining Solutions usage.
• Develop and execute regular Strategic Success Plans with accounts.
• Drive engagement for Bridgestone Mining Solutions.
• Develop relationships at all organizational levels.
• Close feedback loops including product enhancements and issues.
• Provide ad-hoc coordination support.
• Track status and identify concerns.
• Provide updates and executive summaries to the team.
• Perform root-cause analysis on escalated issues.
• Lead lessons-learned initiatives and drive improvements.
• Identify product/service improvement opportunities within Mining Solutions.
• Communicate with sales, marketing, product, and engineering to improve outcomes.
