Job summary

Turner Mining Group seeks a Mining Maintenance Superintendent to own equipment reliability across our mining sites, keeping shovels, haul trucks, and processing plants running so production stays on target.

You will lead a 15–25 person maintenance team, implement predictive maintenance and condition-monitoring, stand up a site-wide CMMS, and partner with operations to align maintenance with production schedules.

Qualifications

• 10+ years heavy-equipment maintenance in surface mining or similar high-utilization environments.
• 5+ years leading crews.
• Hands-on with hydraulic, diesel, electrical, and crushing/screening systems; CMMS proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own equipment reliability across sites, keeping shovels, haul trucks, and processing plants running.
• Implement predictive maintenance and condition-monitoring programs to boost availability.
• Stand up a site-wide CMMS and inventory system to reduce emergency spend.
• Lead a 15–25 person maintenance team to complete PMs on schedule.
• Partner with operations to align maintenance windows with production targets.
