Job summary

Turner Mining Group is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee maintenance activities, train crew members, and act as a subject matter expert on site. The role emphasizes safety, process improvement, and leadership in a mining environment.

The successful candidate will coordinate with Foreman and site leadership, conduct inspections, and support regulatory training while maintaining equipment and drive for efficient production.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness and ability to adhere to OSHA / MSHA regulatory requirements.
• Experience with safety systems and processes is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and reliable attendance are essential.
• Willingness to be flexible on daily job duties and shift schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance activities and supervise technicians in the field.
• Assist with training and development of crew members; act as SME as needed.
• Support safety programs and MSHA/OSHA compliance.
• Coordinate with site leadership to improve processes and safety metrics.
• Oversee maintenance inspections, documentation, and reporting.
