Job summary

Turner Mining Group is seeking a Maintenance Superintendent to lead the maintenance of fixed and mobile equipment on-site. The role combines strategic oversight of maintenance shops and field leadership, driving a proactive reliability-centered culture while maximizing asset performance and minimizing downtime.

You will supervise maintenance technicians and crews, coach performance, and manage staffing to meet production targets while controlling costs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading maintenance teams in mining/industrial environments.
• Strong planning and scheduling capabilities.
• Proven track record in safety, reliability, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day supervision of maintenance technicians, mechanics and crews.
• Drive safety, health, environmental compliance and leadership across the team.
• Develop and mentor staff to build competencies and a high-performance culture.
• Manage staffing, vacation and overtime to meet targets while controlling costs.
