Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in mining / heavy industry preferred.
• Willingness and ability to adhere to OSHA / MSHA regulatory requirements.
• Working knowledge of safety systems and processes.
• Appropriate attention to detail required.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety and production initiatives with field crews.
• Oversee hazard identification and control with the team.
• Assist with MSHA regulatory training and compliance verification.
• Lead training to grow other technicians and perform proficiency audits.
• Support risk assessments and site improvement initiatives.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards and equipment care.
• Communicate effectively with client supervision and site leaders.
• Assist with timekeeping and daily progress reporting.
