Turner Mining Group is seeking a Senior Equipment Operator to lead field operations and ensure Safe Production with high efficiency. This role emphasizes training, safety ownership, and line leadership across crews, with a focus on maintaining equipment and procedures.

The position requires strong communication, adherence to MSHA/OSHA standards, and a proactive approach to hazard identification and risk management at active mining sites.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in mining / heavy industry preferred.
• Willingness to adhere to OSHA / MSHA regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication skills.
• Exemplary attendance and safety record.

Responsibilities

• Operate mobile equipment daily per production needs.
• Engage crews to identify hazards and ensure safety compliance.
• Lead process improvements and support training of operators.
• Assist with MSHA regulatory training and audits.
• Maintain housekeeping and equipment care to high standards.
• Support site leadership with performance reporting and shift coverage.
