AECOM is seeking a Mine Remediation Lead to be based in the western United States. This full-time role will build and lead a Mine remediation group, support business development, project execution and market growth, mentoring staff and expanding a capable technical team for regulatory-compliant solutions.

You will drive CERCLA and RCRA based remediation projects, oversee multi-disciplinary teams, and ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery while managing budgets and client relations across

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science plus 10 years of relevant experience and 2 years of leadership
• US Citizenship is required
• Experience leading complex environmental consulting or mining remediation projects preferred

Responsabilidades

• Develop and lead mine remediation solutions for public and private sector clients
• Identify growth opportunities and hire to expand the mine remediation practice
• Coordinate cross-disciplinary teams including hydrologists, geochemists, engineers and cost specialists
• Review technical work plans, cost estimates and feasibility studies
• Manage projects to meet budget, quality and schedule commitments
• Develop proposals, project teams and cost estimates and deliver reports for regulatory submission
