Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mining or closely related field required.
• Minimum 10 years of mining experience with 5+ years in planning.
• Experience in major studies and strategic mine planning preferred.
• Strong ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of mine planning and scheduling for strategic engagements.
• Model scenarios and evaluate options to optimize asset value.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to set inputs and validate results.
• Communicate insights to senior leadership aligning with business goals.
