The Mine Manager will drive safety culture, asset management, and continuous improvement while collaborating with leadership to align with site and corporate goals.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Mining Engineering or equivalent degree preferred.
• 10+ years in mining with proven safe open pit leadership.
• 5+ years of progressive supervision experience in open pit operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe and efficient operation of open pit mining to meet production targets.
• Oversee mining operations and maintenance budgets and cost controls.
• Develop and implement asset management strategies and continuous improvement.
• Maintain safety and environmental leadership and site-wide performance.
