Job summary

SSR Mining Inc. is seeking an Operations Supervisor for our open-pit mining operations in Nevada. The role leads a crew of up to 52 operators, ensuring safety and production goals are achieved on a rotating shift schedule.

You will enforce safety programs, coordinate with other departments, and drive continuous improvement in operations and environmental compliance. A strong safety background and prior supervision are required.

• Create and maintain a strong safety culture and enforce safety standards.
• Lead and coach up to 52 equipment operators and mine crew.

• Conduct incident investigations and participate in safety inspections.
• Maintain production records and training files; ensure compliance with policies.
• Assist in cost-efficient mining practices and operational excellence initiatives.
• Participate in general inspections and provide environmental safety leadership.
