Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mining engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in mining with open-pit operations and progressive supervision.
• Experience leading safety-focused operations and change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage safe, efficient operation of all mine activities to meet production targets within cost constraints.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and cost controls; oversee maintenance, planning, and asset management.
• Drive safety and environmental leadership; participate in site leadership to improve performance.
