Quanta Power Solutions is seeking a Millwright/Centerline Superintendent to lead precision mechanical installation for power generation projects. Responsibilities include directing millwright and rigging teams, ensuring alignment, testing, and turnover in accordance with project specs and safety standards.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive experience with rotating equipment, and a proven ability to coordinate with multiple disciplines while maintaining schedule and budget.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in millwright or mechanical installation on heavy industrial projects.
• Leadership experience as Superintendent/Foreman on union projects.
• Knowledge of precision alignment methods and centerline establishment.
• Experience with turbines, pumps, motors, gearboxes and other critical rotating equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and schedules.
• Experience with cranes, rigging and heavy lifts.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead millwright and centerline installation from receipt to turnover.
• Supervise union foremen, millwrights, rigging crews, and subcontractors.
• Enforce safety policies and regulatory requirements on site.
• Plan alignment, leveling, grouting and precision measurement activities.
• Coordinate with civil, structural, piping, electrical and startup teams.
• Monitor productivity, schedule and budget, and report progress.
