  • Identify and resolve field conflicts, constructability issues, and installation challenges.
  • Support commissioning, startup, mechanical completion, and system turnover activities.
  • Conduct regular safety meetings, jobsite inspections, and field audits.
  • Track project progress and proactively address schedule impacts, labor challenges, and productivity concerns.
  • Maintain accurate reporting on labor, production, equipment installation milestones, and project status.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and operational excellence.
What You'll Bring

  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, equipment installation drawings, mechanical specifications, alignment reports, and project schedules.
  • Competent in cranes, rigging, heavy lifts, and equipment setting operations.
  • Strong understanding of precision measurement tools, laser alignment systems, optical instruments, and mechanical tolerances.
  • Experience with grout installation, foundation preparation, anchor bolt systems, and equipment setting procedures.
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.
