United States Senate in Atlanta, GA seeks a Senior Constituent Relations Representative to serve as a senior liaison for constituent issues within the Casework team, handling Georgia-based and federal matters for Senator Warnock’s office.

The role focuses on military, military families, and veterans’ services, coordinating with federal agencies, tracking cases in IQ, and representing the Senator at events. Hybrid schedule with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience as a senior liaison for constituent issues.
• Experience handling federal issue portfolios across military and veterans services.
• Ability to coordinate with federal and state agencies on behalf of constituents.
• Comfortable maintaining confidentiality and managing sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of federal issue areas with a focus on military, military families, and veterans’ services.
• Respond to casework inquiries promptly and track cases in the IQ database.
• Act as a liaison with federal and state agencies on behalf of constituents.
• Monitor and update the Constituent Services Director on issues within portfolio.
• Attend monthly and quarterly briefings with federal agency partners.
• Represent the Senator and the office at external events and meetings.
