Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of federal issue areas for constituents focusing on military, veterans’ services.
• Respond to casework inquiries and track cases in IQ database.
• Coordinate with federal/state agencies on constituent needs.
• Maintain casework files and ensure confidentiality.
• Report trends to the Constituent Services Director.
• Attend briefings with federal partners and represent the office at events.
• Facilitate meetings between constituents and the Legislative team as needed.
