Job summary

Hive Group LLC is seeking a Technical Writer/Editor to support CASCOM OCS, on-site at Ft Lee, VA. The role requires an active SECRET clearance and involves managing the full lifecycle of doctrinal publications per TRADOC standards, including Change Resolution Matrices within two days.

You will draft and staff OCS documents, produce program directives and final drafts, and coordinate with COR for timely reviews in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Active SECRET security clearance is required.
• 5+ years writing and editing military doctrine or technical publications.
• Experience creating/editing/proofreading in accordance with TR 25-30 and TR 25-36.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• 6+ years using Microsoft Office, Office 365, and Adobe Pro.

Responsibilities

• Ensure publications follow TRADOC Regulation 25-30 procedures, timelines, and formatting.
• Review ~100 annual policy and doctrine documents for accurate OCS content.
• Resolve document feedback and compile changes into a CRM.
