Hive Group is seeking a highly skilled Technical Writer/Editor to support CASCOM OCS initiatives. The role manages the full lifecycle of doctrinal documents, ensuring compliance with TRADOC regulations and maintaining two-day turnaround for Change Resolution Matrices. Active SECRET clearance required and Ft.

Lee, VA on-site work. Candidate will review ~100 annual policy documents, draft OCS handbooks, and produce program directives and drafts for CASCOM Doctrine Branch, with exposure to ATP 4-10

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years' experience writing and editing military doctrine or technical publications.
• Must demonstrate experience creating, editing, and proofreading documents in strict accordance with TR 25-30 and TR 25-36.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required.

Responsabilités

• Ensure all publications strictly follow TRADOC Regulation 25-30 procedures, timelines, and formatting guidelines.
• Review approximately 100 annual policy and doctrine documents for accurate OCS content inclusion.
• Resolve complex document feedback and compile findings daily into a Change Resolution Matrix (CRM).
• Submit CRMs to the COR within two-day windows.
• Draft and submit core OCS doctrinal documents and handbooks as needed.
