Job summary

Bristol Industries LLC seeks a Sr. General Engineer (Finance) to lead MILCON project management for Navy and Marine Corps shore facilities.

You will guide planning, design, and construction, and coordinate with commands, finance offices, and stakeholders to ensure timely, compliant delivery. The role requires PE or RA licensure, 10+ years MILCON PM experience, and strong knowledge of contracting, funding, and NAVFAC processes.

Qualifications

• Active PE or RA registration.
• Minimum 10 years of MILCON project management experience.
• Broad knowledge of project management, planning, execution, and oversight.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent project management for planning, design, and construction of Navy, Marine Corps, and other supported commands projects.
• Manage a broad portfolio of planning, design, and construction activities including scoping, scheduling, estimating, permits, contract strategy, design reviews, and construction oversight.
• Serve as primary liaison between project teams and supported commands, higher headquarters, field offices, and stakeholders.
• Demonstrate leadership and technical expertise across all PM functions, including budgeting and execution.
